Hello,
If you’ve been following along, we’ve now covered how to choose a game in life (Part 1), and a way to play it (Part 2). And today, we’re going to…
“The sun’s rays do not burn until brought to a focus.”
-Alexander Graham Bell
…focus!
This daily planner is inspired by a premium coaching program that distills the essentials of nearly all self development concepts to date; a training by Heroic.
Here is a breakdown of the components that make this daily planner page so effective:
1. Track how you spend your time, or plan your most important goal for the day in the left hand column.
2. Decide what tasks would most benefit your causes, and what type of person and energy you want to radiate in the day on the top right column.
3. Account for the day by listing your gratitudes & daily wins. Not only is gratitude scientifically proven to improve your health, you will be able to come back and track your achievements (also useful if you develop an interest in astrology/numerology/etc.)
4. Evaluate what you did well, and how you can do better on the topics that concern you in life (e.g. your writing, influence, diet, energy, etc.), and optimize and plan anything necessary
5. Free space for you to jot some notes or draw to express yourself
